Every couple we meet holds a special place in our hearts but each on for their own unique reason. Kevin and Melissa have have truly inspired us with their beautiful & authentic love. When we think of Melissa, we think of a Proverbs 31 wife. When we think of Kevin, we think of a husband who will always keep his bride laughing and feeling loved. These things together, are a recipe for a beautiful marriage; a true life fairy-tale.

As we edited their wedding, we knew we had to share it with everyone and we know you will love this couple just as much as we do!

Their wedding took place at the beautiful Twelve Oaks Farms & Events located near Valdosta, Georgia. The venue was decorated with a boho, vintage and rustic style, put together by their dear friends, who did a phenomenal job! It was light, airy and really captivated the couple’s unique and beautiful style. In lieu of table numbers they chose song titles and gave each table a special one!

Melissa started off the day surrounded by some of her favorite girls. You can tell by how they laughed that they all truly admire and love Melissa. Her hair was beautifully done by her long-time hairstylist, Brandi Patrick. We love that she chose her usual stylist, because it allowed her, as a bride, to be relaxed and comfortable, which we find to be crucial on a wedding day.

The couple chose to wait until they walked down the aisle to see each other, but the bride did share a special moment with her father with a “Father-Daughter First Look”. If you haven’t already, this would be a great time to get the tissues.

One of our favorite parts of the day had to be when Melissa presented gifts to her father and future mother-in-law.

Kevin is head over heels in love with Melissa, which was made even more obvious when he saw her for the first time walking down the aisle. Wait for it….

During their ceremony, they stepped aside to pray and share communion, starting off their marriage in the presence of God and expressing their faith in a beautiful way. Then family members and the bridal party, surrounded the couple and prayed over them. This was our favorite part of the ceremony.

I know we are a little bit biased, but we think this beautiful couple (and this adorable couch) belong in a bridal magazine.
